The Welton Run starts with the neighborhood itself. The coffee shops, studios, storefronts and people who keep Five Points moving every day. This first run is built here, supported here and coming back here.

Good to know.
Who can participate?
We want everybody there. Anyone under 18 must be registered by a parent or legal guardian, have that adult accept the participant waiver on their behalf, and participate under adult supervision.
What is the participant waiver?
By registering, I confirm that I am physically able to participate and understand that this approximately 5K community run uses public streets and sidewalks and may involve traffic, uneven surfaces, weather, crowds, falls, collisions, and other risks. I voluntarily assume the known and unknown risks of participation; agree to follow organizer instructions and applicable pedestrian and traffic laws, remain alert, look both ways, and stop if conditions feel unsafe; and authorize reasonable emergency assistance if needed. To the fullest extent permitted by Colorado law, I release and agree not to hold liable Adult ENT.®, The Greater Influence, Fifth Coffee House, event partners, sponsors, vendors, volunteers, property owners, and their respective representatives for claims arising from ordinary negligence connected with my participation. This release does not apply to willful, wanton, reckless, or grossly negligent conduct. If the participant is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete registration and accept this acknowledgment on the participant’s behalf and provide adult supervision.
Can I walk or run/walk?
Absolutely. In fact, we encourage it. Choose STROLL for the relaxed run/walk.
Is this an officially certified 5K?
No. This is an approximately 5K community course and is not a certified race course.
Where does it start and finish?
Fifth Coffee House, 710 E. 26th Ave., Denver, CO 80205.
When should I arrive?
Ideally, arrive by 8:30 AM. Breakfast, vendors and a DJ will be on site before the 9:00 AM start.
What are Run, Roll and Stroll?
They’re how we organize the run. RUN starts up front, ROLL holds the middle, and STROLL is for a relaxed run/walk.
Can I change pace groups?
Of course. We’ll do that for you at check-in.
What does registration include?
Welton Run entry, a race bib, the race-day experience and mad free shit.
When is bib pickup?
Friday, October 2 from 6–9 PM at Fifth Coffee House. Race-morning pickup will also be available.
Is race-day registration available?
Race-day registration is available until 8:30 AM, subject to remaining capacity. Please arrive early enough to complete registration before the 9:00 AM start.
What is the Community Rate?
A limited $20 entry for the homies. No application, no income verification, no explanation, no excuses.
How does group registration work?
Run clubs and groups of at least five register at $30 per runner. One captain selects the number of runners and submits the full team roster.
How do I become a vendor?
Submit the vendor application. Participation is subject to approval; tables, tents, electricity, Wi-Fi and equipment are not promised.
What is the route?
Approximately 5K from Fifth Coffee House through Five Points and RiNo, returning to Fifth. It is a community course and is not a certified race course. Final route guidance will be shared with participants before race day.
What happens in bad weather?
Shit happens, but The Welton Run is planned rain or shine. If conditions are unsafe, organizers may modify, postpone or cancel the event. Updates will be sent by email and posted on Instagram.
